Robby Toyota, master chef and founder of Tokyo Steak, realized his dream of bringing the benihana-style experience of teppanyaki cooking to the Antelope Valley communities with the grand opening of Tokyo Steak in Lancaster in 1989. Robby followed through with Tokyo Steak Palmdale in 2000 and a third Tokyo Steak located in Victorville in 2008. With more than 25 years of expertise and multiple “Antelope Valley BEST awards” Robby leads a team of chefs ready to entertain and illuminate your dining experience.
